I never thought I’d say it but I’m really appreciating the beautiful harmonies of a cappella southern gospel music.

Also it really drove me mad that despite turning off automatic updates Instagram would update itself and change the pricacy settings occasionally. You’d think that was criminal if the folks doing it weren’t involved in law making.
Just deleted Instagram and other social media apps from my phone. I’ll just be using them as websites now. They track and sell every piece of data they can to anybody and give it to law enforcement So they can track citizens.

My grandma used disposable plates for everything later in life. I used to think that was so wasteful. Now that I have a kid and spend approximately 50% of my free time doing dishes I totally get it.

Here’s a very specific gripe to my world of collecting odd and rare country. I’ve bought multiple unknown country 45s with E.T. in the title and most of them have just been about Ernest Tubb. I have lots of songs about pop culture and aliens so it’s possible it would be about the other E.T.

An advertisement for a Rev Charles “The Sackcloth Prophet“ Young revival in San Bernadino California. I love how this looks part evangelical, part 80s speed metal, and part DIY wrestling all as one. Truly a catching advertisement. Young with his wife and brother performed as the Young Bros Trio.
