If race is not to be used, then the courts need to use the old red line maps the FHA used for decades. Not explicitly racially based, but those areas are still quite relevant in regards to where black voters concentrate.

I think it is because none of those actions have been deemed illegal per se, though the general officer that authorized those boat bombings and didn’t resign when given that order should probably be questioned about it.

The US Military is a very conservative organization, but the Flag Officers mostly abide by a code of Honor, Courage and Commitment, especially on the Navy/Marine Corps side of the house. I suspect even to those conservatives, this is not going to go over well.

In our community, we shun our folks that act against the collective. White progressives dont operate like that. They will still act in community with their relatives/friends despite their actions harming THEIR communities. Then those same progressives wanna play crazy like Will on how we got here
