Some things never age.

This clause would be unenforceable: discriminatory based on protected class (disability), encouraging harm, against public policy, impossible to meet. Also, would show lack of mental capacity on her part. Even if she only names names, this post would be prima facie evidence against her.

I personally divested from fossil fuels many years ago. Not just on principle, but because fossil fuels are a dying investment.

trump's most successful strategy is flooding the zone daily with one crime after another. Soon we lose track of all the earlier scandals, any one of which would be enough to destroy any previous presidency. And now each new one is just trump being trump. Ho Hum. www.impeachtrumpagain.org

What I don't get is the media saying trump's enemies are being prosecuted for political reasons. No. It's pure vengeance. They went after him, and now he's getting even. “My motto is: Always get even. When somebody screws you, screw them back in spades.”
