To him, Gaza has “no future”, just a “parking lot,” a “dumping ground,” a “monument to destruction.”

He describes plans to erase Gaza, to send its people away, & to rebuild the ruins into profit — ports, business, and new Abraham Accord deals.

Truces are tactics, entire populations are collateral.

He compares Gaza to Lebanon, where destruction was followed not by peace, but by endless extensions of “temporary” ceasefires.

Meanwhile you couldn't make it up. Mike Huckabee, impartial amabassador to Israel, who didn't get that the supposed US Aid Distribution giving out 1,000,000 meals in 4 months to 2,000,000 people is not starvation (never mind shooting them dead on site).

The Israeli govt did not care that the hostages were potentially in the firing line - not at any stage of the 'war' (demolition exercise). They were never a key consideration, preferring that Hamas still had hostages so they could try legitimize & vindicate their revolting behaviour, citing 'Oct 7'.

Israel blaming Hamas for being unable to reach deceased hostages under rubble they created, in places Hamas cannot even reach because of Israeli comprehensive destruction of Gaza, whining about how they have been shortchanged & will take countermeasures including further starving the people of Gaza

Need I say more. But I am very happy they are home. Especially that they have homes to go to, find their relatives still alive, and will be able to pick up their lives, in time, in a country in which living remains intact.

A handful of released Palestinian hostages were able to attain basic medical evaluation (not intensive treatment) in W Bank. All those returning to Gaza find almost all healthcare facilities destroyed, healthcare workers killed or likewise kidnapped, poor sanitation, virtually no water, limited food
