In other news, a couple weeks ago I sailed through the Channel in preparation for the transatlantic I want to do in the fall.

Finished my first 10k race tonight! 😀😀😀
So nice to run through the streets of Nantes like that, in a way you can't when circulation isn't stopped, and with people cheering along the way.
What a great feeling! 😀
