Here's an interesting piece of history. The land under pioneering Black poet Robert Hayden's former home in Ann Arbor, now recognized as a historically significant place by the #A2council, once had a racially restrictive covenant placed on it... 1/3
"Polarization" is absolutely the wrong word to use here. It implicitly blames the left for the rise of authoritarianism on the right. Administration leaders hiding in military bunkers is a sign of authoritarianism, not polarization.
