Made homemade cheeseburger mac for dinner -- a request from Dad. Features poblano pepper, onions, tomato, and basil, with a sauce using cheddar, sharp mountain cheddar, and garlic herb goat cheeses. with my blend of seasoning and spices... It is good. ☺️

I def miss a few wire artists and seeing all the YST artists in Japan posting, but even though the boys and the art bring me much needed serotonin, I value my safety and peace of mind. Unfortunately, the bad heavily outweighs the good there, and I believe you become what you surround yourself with.

I want to see my bestie again. I haven't seen him since after I realized I was bleeding in my brain again but before I was admitted to the ICU and was non-ambulatory.

I'm up and moving again but I don't always feel good in my body. I want to see him again, but I want to see him when I feel good...

BC I was non-ambulatory, I gained weight, so I have them on my right thigh and hip pretty bad (mine present very purple dt my fair complexion). I haven't gained any more weight but I have lost a few pounds recently so maybe it's that. But I'm on new supplements so it could be hormonal too... LoL 🪦

LoL That's not really how they work... 😂😭 They won't just go away bc they are tears in connective skin, nerves.

I have some on my outer thighs that have faded and healed but I have fresh ones from my most recent stroke. Apparently they can itch from hormonal changes, weight loss, or weight gain. 🤷
