I think what I like about The Faraway Paladin is that the characters fit their role and that the woman aren’t boobily existing. It ruins so many anime when the female characters are reduced to huge boobs with mild usefulness.

“Gifted kindergartener” reads to me as a child who had access to education like preschool. Not all children have that access.

It doesn’t even say he plans to do away with the program in total- just the early years and a plan to address the disparity in education access.

The replies to this article are crazy to me because what do you mean gifted program for kindergartners? It’s like they didn’t read the part where he’s advocating for free childcare so these children can get access to early education and even the playing field.
