The extensive renovation of the iconic Yrjönkatu Swimming Hall will be completed in early 2026, with the hall due to open on Monday, February 2nd. Much improved it offers familiar services, without losing sight of the building's historical values:

One of the reasons Finnish Lapland's many ski resorts are great family holiday destinations is the sheer number of additional activities available close by, including reindeer sleigh rides and husky safaris, and many other snowy adventures besides:

The merriest place in the Arctic, Snowman World in Rovaniemi opens on December 6th. Visitors can slide down icy hills, skate on the frozen rink, explore the snowy labyrinthe, and enjoy tasty treats at the Snow Restaurant and cool beverages in the Ice Bar:
