Yesterday was a really good day. My niece turned 16, I saw family and friends and there was cake!
Today I am so tired and so sore which is making me teary and emotional. I mostly just want to hide in bed and feel sorry for myself.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

It was my birthday yesterday. I'm 47 now. How the hell did that happen. Not sure how a 47 year old is supposed to act but I'll be spending today in my jammies finishing South of Midnight then going back to Baldur's Gate. Growing old is inevitable, growing up? Nahhhh.

I finished Death Stranding again. Still one of my favourite games. Simultaneously one of the most stressful and most relaxing games I've ever played.

Not doing great today. Apparently punching things in your sleep when you have a frozen shoulder is not a good thing. I'm tired, sore, and frustrated. Currently curled up with Friends on the TV and a new colouring book to keep me busy

I have a frozen shoulder. I literally cannot lift my arm without wanting to cry. I'm struggling to shower and wash my hair. I'm struggling to dress myself. I have a very physical job. There is no way I could work, I KNOW this. So why do I feel so guilty for being signed off work?

Finished my first playthrough of Dragon Age: The Veilguard over the weekend and yes, I have criticisms but overall I really enjoyed it. Combat as a spellblade was a lot of fun, story was good, companions were all fantastic and I loved Rook. Might have already started playthrough 2!

Last weekend Sephi-duck and I went to see the royal scottish national orchestra perform music from Final Fantasy VI, VII and X. It was amazing and the best way to hear some of my favourite game music!
