Well, duh! He knows his get out of jail free card is being a sitting president. Why that should matter is beyond me. It didn’t matter in South Korea. It didn’t matter in Brazil. Hell, Nepal chased out their MPs with sticks and took a literal “burn that MF to the ground” approach.

My family had food stamps when I was a teen. My mother worked, and paid taxes. I knew a lot of people who got food stamps. That what taxes are supposed to do, not pay for politician’s vacations.

What do you think ICE is going to do with approximately $75 billion in new funding to be spent over four years? Funded by billionaires, trump and the oligarchs (great band name, btw!) are building their own military. Leadership will be pardoned J6'ers, imagine how that's going to play out.

The affordable, abundant food supply going scarce will be the bite on the ass that sparks a lot of Americans into action. Few have considered the knock-on effects of killing SNAP. I only hope they realize the difference between an ant and a swarm of ants, and can get their collective shit together.

The creeping fascism taking over America will continue to be a Somebody Else's Problem for most people until it bites them personally on the ass. Even then, it's very much an every man for himself approach, unlike the protests in Brazil, South Korea and Nepal. Teamwork makes the dream work.
