Thursday I had a consultation with another shoulder specialist, since my surgery in February failed (and the surgeon tried to gaslight me into believing it didn‘t)..
And the specialist acknowledged that my shoulder is basically fucked. He‘d immediately go for a shoulder replacement if I were 60. /1

coolcool, die blöde Gewichtsdecke darf man nicht mal chemisch reinigen. Ist aber auch aus Material gemacht, dass in jeder normalen Deckenhülle wild herumrutscht, ohne Befestigungsmöglichkeiten. 🙄

KK hat beim Pflegedienst angerufen, warum ich immer noch von denen Strümpfe angezogen bekomme, könnte das jetzt doch schon langsam wieder selber. Pflegedienst hat auf den seit Mai bestehenden Pflegegrad2 hingewiesen. „Oh, dad hatte ich übersehen“.

Am Freitag Äpfel dampfentsaftet (ein slow juicer steht schon länger auf der wunschliste…) und es ergab exakt 1800ml.
Vorhin auf meinen Gelierzucker gekuckt: Zwei Päckchen brauchen exakt 1800ml Saft! :)
