The #Coquihalla highway is closed between #Kamloops and Merritt at this hour. Drive BC says all lanes are closed for a vehicle recovery. Heavy snow hit the region yesterday and is falling this morning making for tough driving conditions.

Light snow is falling in #Kamloops and is expected to continue to fall off and on all day with a high of 0, periods of snow overnight and a low of 0. It’s a pro d day today so fun for the kids! More snow expected tomorrow, expect slippery conditions on the roads.

Drivers are being warned to be prepared for heavy snow in the #Cariboo. Environment Canada says a Pacific frontal system is pushing into the Interior this morning. It is expected to bring up to 15 centimetres of snow to Williams Lake, 100 Mile, and highway 97.

Bus route 24 and 32, servicing the Alexis Creek and Tatla Lake areas are not running due to road conditions.
