I’ve “crafted” a book! Street Writers is the “based on a true story” of a podcast created with collaborator Mark Bellusci to talk over making words for plays, films, ads, comic books and more with battle tested jabs and hooks for writing activation. I hope it gives your own writing a boost at

For three & half pages they build this relationship beautifully. You see how smart & strong T’Challa & Matt are and how much violence, duty, faith, & fathers are shaping them.

It will be interesting to see the rest of their lives play out in this story.

Makes me miss your lil’ Matt even more Dan.

The secret to life? Easy. Don't be afraid to be sincere. Don't take yourself too seriously. Extend grace & kindness to kids who don't know the rules/how to be in society yet. Lift up your friends & loved ones every chance you get. Remember your best won't be 100% every day. That's basically it.

As I knew Matt / Daredevil shows up in the World to Come mini series, I bought #3 when I saw young Matt.😍😈

This was a very sweet scene of when T’Challa met Matty. Christopher Priest & Joe Quesada put everything into how smart & resilient these boys are & their interpretations of faith.

I 😍 it.
In Marvel Knights The World to Come #3, Christopher Priest, Joe Quesada & Richard Isanove interrupt their very deep & dark story of the sins of fathers and sons, faith, and a racially divided Wakanda & world to show us the very sweet first meeting of Prince T’Challa & battered altar boy Matt Murdock.

This cropped page is 67 years before The World to Come. I really like how Joe Quesada’s art has evolved a bit. Still some exaggeration, but the added realism really sells the story.

This scene is so sweet and shows off how smart, strong and faithful (To religion and families) both boys are.

Matt is looking for his glasses when T’Challa hands them to Murdock. Matt puts them on, gives “T” his Palm Sunday cross and flees because he has to get home too.

I will definitely read the subsequent issues to see how these two evolve and remain friends throughout their lives.

Thanks, Dan. 🥹🙏 Really grateful to have commissioned pieces from Marco & Ron now.

If Marvel would do a Black, White & Blood Daredevil , I bet you could write a great King Daredevil.
Banger! Congrats. They have found the right home!

After years of waiting, Marco Checchetto finally had time do commissions for me. This cover commission features Man Without Fear era Matt Murdock, a beautiful sad Daredevil and pensive Elektra. The details and the flow are incredible. It feels like it should be the cover to Marco & Chip Zdarsky’s Daredevil volume 6. So worth the wait. I love it. Yes! The red series King Daredevil commission Marco Checchetto did for me. So very happy with this piece of King Daredevil signaling with his double-bladed naginata. So cool. I love it. Marco Checchetto piece of Daredevil wrapping his hands. I immediately thought of my favorite moment from Daredevil v.6 #21 where Matt Murdock tells Spider-Man to leave his home because Spidey is not Matt’s moral authority. My first Daredevil red piece. Cheers to Marco for holding it for me. A brilliant King Daredevil in fighting mode by Marco Checchetto. This shows off all the great elements of Marco’s phenomenal design and I love the red spot color too. Just amazing. Love it.
Appreciate that - and look forward to hearing what you think!
