We forked the #goharbor Helm chart and refactored its secret handling, especially for the external #redis option.
Also, this chart uses the current stable release version and not the 'dev' tag.

Folks, if you have been using the #Posit Package Manager to build and distribute your internal #R packages and are in trouble now given the recent license changes: there are ways to keep using it and achieve the same as before with just the "Basic" license.
