Some kind of neat little bonus (something cheap to make and one-time) might be fun for people who got in on the initial wave. The logistics of that might be more of a headache than it’s worth, though.

If you call visa or mastercard to complain about their adult content policy and they direct you to an email, do not leave until you've said your piece and asked your questions. Email inboxes collect dust but if you call, they're forced to interact with you.
