The open world was a choice, and it does feel like it is less of a race game, the circuits feel off, almost more of a tech demo... How are they going to add maps? I feel the same about D4. Not everything needs an open world. Nintendo may have peaked with the last one.

These have been fantastic! They remind me of the bugs that come out of the pipes in Metroid on nes. Is that the inspiration? Zeb and Geega?

Really cool watching your process. Do you believe this will make the level creation easier? Is it scalable? Could you sell it as a pre build or a plug in for the engine you're using?
