The way Nolan North does this low tone gravely scream almost every time he voices a character like these examples.

Depending on what region they hail from, there's a handful of different ways people can say the name "Mario",

But I love how Bowser distinctively says it like "MAHRRHEOAH"

Also, for LugiOGM and Type-NES' laughs, I actually wanted 1, but because I told him (vaguely, oops) that his voice is "stitch together" from the other Luigi's voices. He ended up voicing it as all 3 when I didn't ask for it in the description. O_O
I made use out of the other ones for the SNES map.

The part where one of LugiOGM's minions found the real Luigi and ambushes him quickly, Koopa Kid style.
The level name going from ALL-CAPS to proper capitalization when LOGM speaks through it is derived from someone in deltarune Chapter 3.

In the scene before Demise:
Mario was meant to be screaming in panic for the first few lines. It was a really good take, but I don't want to repeatedly ask @bluek615.bsky.social to do another one with the correct tone. It sounds painful, and it was at the point where we got tired of working on it.

If you XPGlitz fans or followers ask, he currently has no relation to Yosh.bmp whatsoever. That could be up to him and BurningBlur to decide.
Personally, I'd like to think they've known each other for a long time, perhaps all the way back in Yosh Ayeland.

Here's a plumber boy few people asked about:
The strange Bootleg Mario you see is Derpio. A dum mayro who seemly appeared after Bootleg M's death. No one knows if he existed before or after the bootleg heroes' death. He escapes too, don't worry.
Not my idea, it's BurningBlur's.

Other reasons might have to do with my vacation too, didn't want to delay that or the YTP compilation scheduled. In retrospect, I should've tried that long ago before I got the mantle of making Demise so we wouldn't exhaust ourselves into cutting a buncha stuff.

Originally Blur was going to make the visuals for Demise, but they didn't look great, especially cuz L-Type-NES was a single running sprite. Reason for this is cuz a crude sprite of that was sent to me and I only remade that frame. 1 reason why is how do you make someone with 6 legs run??

This will be the only picture I'll show of the original Demise visuals before I took over. Aside from a moving and much more glitchy background, nothing else happens, it was just getting started!

Speaking of maps, I screwed up something in the teaser for this and the M.U.G.E.N UNDERTALE stages. I forgot to reset the panning of one of the layers with the Luigi minions, making them appear out of bounds, hard to tell? Here's what it looks like with no glitches.

The map scenes were the first thing I did, already gave me trouble. I tried using the Real-Time Corruptor Vanguard to get actual corruptions for the NES, but for some reason the emulator it uses is not showing anything, I tried getting help in different Discord servers. 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲.

This is literally copy-pasted from the previous cover's end screen as I haven't moved the real Luigi to start at Forest of Illusion 2.

Originally Mario & Yoshi were going to escape to the scenery and somehow try to go onto Yossy's House before L-Type-NES started bugging the map, but the hills leave no space for them to squeeze through, so they end up going to the next level naturally like in the OG Super Mario World Bootleg, attempting to escape through other means.
Also, the bottom garbage data is derived from a screenshot rather than an emulator, hence why I'm unsure if the bottom is what gets shown if the map displays this in the original game.

And to this day, I still can't work the Real-Time Corruptor. This and several other things behind the scenes demotivated me heavily.

The Great NEScape's intro dialogue used to be much, much longer. Then after something got cut, shortened as to not take forever to get to the first MX track. The full dialogue can be read here.

I still consider this canon, but even the main lore is sort of a WIP, so that could change later.

Most tidbits here such as Austin's abandoned house and the note to not modify Luigi's sprites are derived from what XPGlitz wrote for Lugi of Green Marios at this time. The beta tester's mission to retrieve this is exclusive to the FNF video right now. This may not be accurate to the actual non-Funkin' lore.

In addition, the idea for the covers are older than you think, in-fact, it wasn't going to be in the NES at all! Previous versions had it be in the SNES, which wouldn't make sense since LOGM fended off Mario as to not get foiled by him to searched for Luigi. And of course, thematic oddities.

I may owe that to the fact in our break(?) for the first half of 2025, I figured out how to mod Smash Ultimate and had to quickly port a Brawl music pack into that game after learning most of it in a matter of months. We began the vid eventually, but then, my vacation in June, Blur wasn't ready.

Trivia Hour Time!: FNF - The Great NEScape!
The vid took about 3 to 5 months to develop, but the entire development took us a YEAR. This is the 2nd time a vid of mine has gone through such, the first being my YTP "SpringBoob Squirepin's Final Sale of [GELATIN]", that one was solo. This had 2 users.

I wanted leaves to fall off from the top of the screen, in the end, I didn't do that and instead added some bushes, grass, and added up and down panning to the water as Blur asked if it does.

Besides, I don't consider LugiOGM-Type-NES to be canon to Lugi's main lore at all. Said lore is also setup by XPGlitz prior to the series, not me, I just modified it a little for that video and the playlist's description.

Man is putting that in a limit very troublesome...

I should also clarify that I'm not the creator of Lugi of Green Marios, @xpglitz236.bsky.social made him. I'm only the lore master, I've been the lore master since all the way back in M.U.G.E.N, anything I show or say about him is "purely headcanon" or pending till XPGlitz himself confirms it.

The Great NEScape's credits clarifying that I didn't make him.
Plus, the programs used and all sprites as far as I know.
