I took a notion to draw a wee comic last night, based on my real-life experience where I felt bad for some sticks.

Caption: Every few weeks, though - someone lays down a very useful series of branches so we can cross with ease.

Caption: That's nice isn't it? Someone taking the time and expending the effort to build a little bridge.

Caption: I often wonder who it is. Perhaps it's more than just one person. That's a comforting thought.

Introducing Maxine and Beverly, two NPCs from the Vampire game I'm currently running. They may work for rival vampires but truth be told the two are actually quite close.

I had a lot of fun drawing these two and I hope you like this piece 😁.

On the left we see a beautiful woman with short black hair, green eyes and black lips holding up a black phone to take a selfie with. She wears a black choker, as well as a black jacket, a black top with sheer parts, black trousers and black high heel shoes with a red sole. She also wears a gothic belt and harneses on her legs. On her cheek we can see the faint outline of pink lipstick suggesting she's been kissed there recently.

On the right we see the exact opposite of the woman on the left. With long flowing strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes, this young woman looks completely out of place here. She wears a sparkly short pink party dress, as well as a nice pink handbag and tall sparkly boots with a red sole. She wears a little heart shaped harness on her leg as well as gold jewellery on her wrists and neck. On her cheeck we see the faint outline of black lipstick, suggesting she's been kissed recently as well.
