#Kirby And The Rainbow Curse is such an adorable game. I always love it when Nintendo games go for that "arts and crafts" look, and this was an excellent example of it. The simple touch pad controls are also pretty fun, and it's always bummed me out that some of these games are trapped on the Wii U.

Gears Of War 4 was probably as good of a sequel to a definitive ending of a story as I could have expected, even though it basically feels like we're just going through all the same motions. It might be extremely derivative and nostalgic for the earlier games, but it does its thing well enough.

I've never been the biggest fan of Skyward Sword, but I was able to appreciate it a bit more with the HD version. Partly because the mitigation of motion controls was much appreciated, but also I think because I didn't have wild expectations for a Zelda game that I feel the original didn't meet.

Good job, NYC! The rest of the country is sleeping easy tonight.

I've been dealing with severe dysautonomia, nervous system issues, heart issues, and a litany of other problems because of Covid when I was generally healthy before. Even though I can't take three steps without my body exploding, a hike will probably fix me. 🙄

As Pride month comes to a close, I just want to express my sheer love and admiration for all the queer badasses in my life. But a special shoutout to all trans people. It takes such extraordinary strength to even exist as a trans person in our society, and I wish this world was better to you.

Zohran isn't just an awesome candidate for NYC, but tonight was so exciting because this race was basically a referendum on the progressive future of the Democratic Party, and it'll absolutely have massive repercussions throughout American politics. What a good night!

"Centrism" will be the death of us. It's how we got to where we are now. Politicians need to get used to being held to a higher standard, and we all do better off when we have leaders who actually stand up to fascists instead of compromising with them. There can be no middle ground with Nazis.
Here's your periodic reminder that political centrism is nonsense. There is no middle ground between democracy and oligarchy.

It's real! It's really, really real! 😭😭😭 #ResidentEvil is so special to me as a survival horror fan, and I'm just so unbelievably stoked to go back to Raccoon City.

#Siren is such an interesting experience when it comes to survival horror. I've never played a game that so thoroughly did NOT want me to enjoy it before. 😂 But despite all of the rough gameplay mechanics, I fell in love with the aesthetic, characters, story, and deeply unsettling vibes.

Hey, @franifio.bsky.social, regarding JD Vance getting booed at the Kennedy Center, Cenk told me that he heard the crowd better than you could, and at least 2/3rd's of them were actually cheering.

AOC is 100% the de facto leader of the Democrats. She's one of the only ones to accurately and boldly call out fascism in the face of widespread Democratic capitulation. If the party doesn't make a radical change very soon, we'll all suffer the consequences.
