A:Life is getting a lot harder for us very quickly, and so our head's not been in a great place. Please be patient with us as we will be dissociating almost nonstop and will likely be having frequent bouts of rapid front changes as well. I'm so tired...

we may or may not be planning something but idk if we'll fully commit and it would be so disappointing and unhelpful to back out. something something dissociation is a defense mechanism and systems tend to intentionally keep hidden or whatever, we're gonna start trying at some point i hope

E:we so desperately want to participate in the destigmatization of mental health, and we do to some degree advocate for it, but for DID/OSDD/etc. we still find ourselves chickening out and keeping quiet. these conditions will never be understood without advocacy and yet we can't get the courage...

I wish I wasn't so badly dominated by frustration and anger (I'd rather be dominated by my wife-I mean, what?), it feels so shitty to experience those emotions so frequently. I'm trying so hard to retrain my emotional reactions but I just, can't seem to shake it, idk

A:Genuinely had moment today where I got mad at something and then had to stop myself from crying. But not like, angry crying, crying because I saw my reaction to the thing was anger and I just... it hurts that it's how I react to things. I don't like getting mad, I wish I wasn't like that
