This reality will force a hard evolution. Some managers will need to retool for an augmented workforce; others will be churned out.

This is the opposite problem: the 10x worker with no context/experience.

The 10x worker is a destabilizing force: too powerful for their role, but not yet equipped with the judgment or maturity for greater responsibility.

Amid the rise of unsanctioned shadow AI, something new is forming: chimeric talent.

This isn’t the problem of #workslop: the employee who can’t use AI well, who doesn’t verify outputs, and floods systems with polished junk that creates work for everyone else.
