IN VIVO is an atmospheric sound contribution for the performance with the same name by the contemporary dance ensemble UNFOLDING SHAPES. The cassette, limited to 10 pieces, contains a tape and a handmade fabric sample from Christine Rehders’ installation.
In two weeks: "IN VIVO" - a release created in collaboration with Unfolding Shapes and Christine Rehders.

Expect a very limited, special cassette edition - which will be sold exclusively at the premiere of IN VIVO at Hamburg's Sprechwerk.

Leftover editions will then also end up on Bandcamp.
Listening to the currently released reissue of "Flora" by Hiroshi Yoshimura. Originally recorded and completed in 1987 and first released on CD in 2006, three years after his passing in 2003.

This work by Yoshimura also leaves me in awe.

Danke dir! Ich werde aufjedenfall berichten. 🙂‍↕️
Project Launch: XENOVERSES is my attempt to create unfamiliar sonic ecologies. Not replicas of pre-existing environments, but unique organic-artificial hybrids created through flawed, fragile materiality, technology and manipulation.

Glad that you're enjoying it - thanks for the support 🙂‍↕️
Every single edition is recorded in real time, hand-printed and numbered. None of the editions look completely identical, so they are all unique pieces from months of curation.
In this album I process my approach to sound, noise and tone in relation to my own impairment (sensoneurinal hearing loss. limited to 15 editions and comes with the DEAFNOTES magazine, a printed selected collection of personal essays on various topics.
The album DEAFDRONES is out now on Bandcamp (link in bio / DM me). This is a collection of different compositional and experimental works in the field of Ambient & Noise, which were created in the years 2021-2024.

Just recently had my regular check-up appointment with the acoustician. The new audiogram is here, nothing surprising: Continued increasing hearing loss (since childhood): "In the conventional medical sense, you are considered deaf". I'm still optimistic and fine 🦻🏻
Daily in contact with the exodus of artists from the 'big ones' and revitalizing old formats to survive in this attention economy: Newsletters, classic online forums (like freakscene) and relying more on analog community building. Really excited to see where this is going!
Still copies left /w live version and everything that goes slightly with it, decent background noises, coughing and clapping. Comes with a fancy holobag for dazzling fascists, too! Permanent 20% discount on this physical edition because the world is weird and we have to look out for each other.
DEAFDRONES are personal collages of mixed media — dialogues with my own profound hearing impairment, my subjective perception of sound and space, and intersecting themes like noise pollution and environmental sound design. TL;DR idk that the ffff is going on here, hello
