This is one of my favourite images because
a)Silver Surfer is one of my favourite comic book characters
b)The effect was created in camera and came out exactly how I envisioned it The only edits were removing the wire that was holding the fig up and level adjustments

It's either missing or just bent at a strange angle. I got in and out of that area quickly so I don't recall. Additionally there were huge bees swarming all over the place at the time. Honestly, I was more uncomfortable with them than just being separated from the gators by a chain link fence. 😂

One of the first photos I ever took and said to myself "damn,I took a nice photo". It was also the first photo I ever sold a print of. In a couple weeks I'm making my first attempt at selling prints at an art market, and even though it's my oldest piece it needed to be included

Something I enjoyed about Cuba was how brightly coloured the vehicles were. Clearly they are painted to hide years of wear and rust. But as a tourist, spotting all the unique vehicles was one of my favourite parts of the taking in the island.

In 2017 I did a tour starting in Jordan and ending in Egypt. It's going to be difficult to top that experience for the rest of my life. Some days I think about it and still can't believe I was fortunate enough to take in some of the things I saw.
