I’ve fallen down similar rabbit holes with celtic knotwork. There’s a chap called George E. Bain who wrote about it but it’s very complicated stuff including factors and prime numbers. In the end you just work it out on squared paper.

But you’d have been so disappointed if your NHS trust didn’t do it.
It’s really not much fun. You have to leave your dignity at the door & you’re there for hours cleaning the saline gloop off, but compared to smear tests I reckon us fellas get off lightly.
Interesting though - was told I had twins.

Fun fact - if you get your bollocks ultrasounded (is that a word?) they throw in a free kidney ultrasound as part of the deal. All four organs in tip top condition I was pleased to find out. I wasn’t told that I had lovely nads though.

Having a convo on FB with a friend (I know, - not prepared to leave it yet whilst I still have friends there though) about people we looked like when younger. I looked just like BBC radio 1 DJ Mike Reed. Him of the bonkers and unpleasant right wing ideology.

🌍🌏 Alpine Chough (Pyrrhocorax graculus)

The Alpine Chough (also known as the Yellow-billed Chough) has glossy black plumage, a short yellow bill, and red legs. It's distributed across high mountains from Spain through southern Europe, North Africa, to Central Asia and the Himalayas, often nesting higher than any other bird. These highly social birds are renowned for their acrobatic flight and are often seen in flocks. They are opportunistic, feeding on invertebrates and frequently scavenging near tourist sites in winter. Two subspecies are recognised. 2.5 Flash (Edited)

Conservation status: Least Concern (IUCN 3.1)

Fun fact: The Alpine Chough is thought to nest at a higher altitude than any other bird in the world, with records of them following mountaineers up to over 8,000 meters on Mount Everest
