As I've said elsewhere, Israel has no intention of ending its war with Palestinians. Gaza is already 75-80% destroyed and they'll finish the job once they have the bodies of the last hostages.
It was always the plan, with Trump's full support, to turn the Gaza Strip into a 'Monaco of the East'.

A Frenchman once said to me, after I spoke to him in French, that it's most unusual for Brits to have any language skills at all...
This is how he described it to me:
Speaks multiple languages = Polyglot
Speaks two languages = Bilingual
Speak only one language = British 😜

Bessent just now starting to understand that 'trade wars' aren't a zero sum game... something any half-decent trade negotiator could have told him in Trump 1.0 but his arrogance/hubris prevented him from taking onboard.

Tax cuts in the BBB benefit the top 10% of tax payers.
Tariffs will disproportionally affect the poorest.

This is a feature of their fiscal policy, not a bug.

You only need to listen to Peter Thiel to know that a welfare safety net is anathema to the billionaires who control the administration.

There was a time, back in the day, when I was blacklisted by a number of hire car companies. Chris Walker was the culprit but as his manager it was considered part of my duties 😜
My car was also 'banned' from all MSV circuits (Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Cadwell Park).
