LOVED 3670, the story of a gay North Korean defector figuring out what it is to belong. The film’s incredibly grounded when it comes to depicting gay life in Seoul. Beautifully written, very well acted. It’s coming to #LKFF next month so check it out UK gays! Hugely recommend it.

#ThisMonsterWantstoEatMe is a queer love story about a girl who falls for the mermaid who wants to eat her. It’s not as good as #thesummerhikarudied, but it touches on similar themes and it’s definitely worth a watch! More at GamesRadar 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️

Everyone’s dunking on the #Peacemaker finale because not a lot happened, but I think it’s ballsy to double down on the (very moving and effective) character work rather than just build up to another big CGI fight. Fans moan when it’s predictable and they moan when it’s different.

I like #Boots. Great performances, lots of energy, and it interrogates toxic masculinity as it relates to queerness through a 90s prism. The problem is I wanted to LOVE it. Instead, I found some elements lacking. Vera Farmiga is wasted and a lot of the characters are thinly drawn
