Reminds me of that European folktale of an all black stallion that stood by the water's edge feigning distress. If you approached it and touched it you would get fused to it like super glue and it would then charge into the water to drown and eat you.

Alan Wake is a series you HAVE to pay attention to, even small details. I didn't know that during the first game and didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped, but AW 2 is absolutely stellar so far. There's so much depth. Is it perfect? No. But, so far, I'm really enjoying it. Starting chapter 3...

I went into Alan Wake blind. It left me wanting more but indifferent. I'm playing the sequel and so far love the gaps it fills in... but also, why am I unsurprised to see Shawn Ashmore? Haha!
I love that guy bc he's such an underrated actor and always pops up in different places! And he's cute :>
