The mountains are generally beans/meat/cheese based with some trout
Brilliant news, and i’m quite jealous
France has got better tbh, but it’s still not great. Luckily my lad eats fish as options would be fairly limited as we live in the land of duck and sausage.

World Menopause Day 2025!💛

Cycling through Menopause🚴🏾‍♀️

This year marks 11 years since I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) which is sometimes referred to as premature menopause.

My journey started at 25!

It’s been a long road - but I’m still riding strong.

Lovely. I didn’t set out til late tho, but did get the golden gour as a result which made the colours even more vibrant.

Llivia is on the list to visit.
Stunning colours in the Pyrenees today. Followed @petercossins.bsky.social from his Pyrenees Cycling book, route Ariège 7 - Col de Chiola and Pradel from Ax les Thermes.

I would sooner train it back to the UK but the eurotunnel prevents it as it’s 3x more expensive as the trip from toulouse to Paris which is 3-4x the distance. Just shite
Is it not the tea making that’s the problem. It’s always been bobbins everytime i’ve tried a brew in one
Can’t we give him the title
HR Peado Andrew
Prince Andrew to give up his royal titles apart from his one royal title, which is "prince."

And I'm not even joking.
A bit of brightness everyday with you Des! 😘
Is there a particular preference for when Germans drink weissbeer over pilsner btw?

Or just down to personal preference
I was quite observant and braced myself for it as that transition approached for them to be reading by themselves.
I remember an article in the guardian i read years ago about how everyone remembers the “firsts” with their kids but often the “lasts” go by without noticing. It was about the last time of reading a bedtime story that passed without being noticed til years later. I found it quite poignant
