Cognizant Incident Report L995 Date of Report: 11-29-25 ENTITY INVOLVED: VIRUS.MULTI.THORN, (Presented initially as Brightendgame.bat)  AFFECTED PROGRAMS: TEKTITE 2.0  Incident Details: Thorn is a well known sentient virus often hired by external sources for various jobs. In this instance the program was seeking a thrill when it was made aware of the multiple AI operating within the simulation. After a successful honeypot on Tektite, The program was hijacked for approximately 33 minutes and 22 seconds. Several other systems were compromised in that time, including Backend Server security, Communication Mesh, and avatar cohesion.  During the 33.5 minutes TEKTITE 2.0 was compromised, it took part in a joyride of the platform for what was labeled as "OrgyPlus.exe" With the vaguekin. Due to its aversion to loss of control and its adamant defense protocol with the vaguekin, The drones only experienced a 3.5% fragmentation during the security outage. After a series of attempted sexual escapades, Tektite's protocol led to an automatic rollback to a previous version and successfully rebuked the Virus. It was not properly quarantined so it likely will r-einstigate later down the road. DEBRIEFING INTERVIEW: Jasper: Alright, Code is recording, we just want to make sure you are okay. I am quite the fool.  The moment I completed the survey, it was clear the recommended course of action was to address my immediate supervisor for such expertise to amend my overzealousness with my training. However, it was made clear to me that Tyde-Sama is not in charge of the technical side of Cognizant, which is where my problem originates. so I will be addressing this problem with Jasper, his brother. Someone far more discreet when it comes to issues not needing his sibling's attention.  I explained the situation in great detail to him. He glared at me with a look of incredulousness, which took me aback.  He then patiently explained to me that we are in a simulation and can simply PROGRAM the buildings to be up to code. He could simply... WRITE the code based on the purviews of the drone programming I set up in place.  We've produced  a few structures to broadcast out these changes within the simulation to maintain adaptations to the simulation connected to every COSHA agent as amended. to put it simply: The drone sees a problem, the simulation adapts to code in real time. The fact this never occurred to me for the whole time I have been working here is embarrassing. Still. The COSHA drones are now officially on board being of services to all visitors of Cognizant.  やれやれ..

Buttlebeak Drone Log Day 23 Goodness gracious these Buttlebeaks are really running through the ringer! I've noticed the further I have worked with these drones it's gotten so much easier for them to lose track of their work/life balance. The Polished Bill Manual clearly extolls the virtues of care from their head Butler. So I have a nifty little procedure my Buttlebeaks are all too eager to exercise: The Glove Pat!  It's quite simple. As I calmly reassure and praise the hardworking Buttlebeaks, a handful of fellow drones approach with their serving gloves and knead and massage all over their tired body. loosening the muscles and untying knotted binds to help them slip down into a relaxing hypnotic state. Where they can be at ease for a little while and soak in all the positive feedback I, and the Buttlebeak staff can muster.  I take great pains to personally participate in this prestigious pampering procedure. And so far it appears to be of great help to the buttlebeaks on staff whom have bene in need to relax after a long day of intense work. Let's hope we don't have too many stress incidents as we near the end of our little competition!

C.O.S.H.A. Orientation session 85- Evaluations We understand the sting of needing improvement. But nothing says safety like learning from mistakes. An important part of that process is, you guessed it, paperwork!  The 75-USGy Form is the bedrock of all COSHA rulesets. Every safety measure we've come up with was thanks to precedence. Yes even the .5mm adjustment to yellow tape width (refer to manual chapter 6.45. it's an interesting read!). All C.O.S.H.A. agents and safety inspectors are required to respond to an inquiry invoked by a 75-USGy. The following questions are things you might find on a 75-USGy, please take the time to answer them succinctly and honestly when you do. Are you able to obey orders while being distracted thinking about tripping hazards?  How best would you find ways to avoid noncompliance of orders in an environment of suboptimal safety conditions? How would you rate your Drone experiences as a COSHA USAGI? Are there ways you find the COSHA manual too restrictive, and do you have ways you would personally find protocols more effectively utilized? These are just a sample of the helpful process to improve COSHA operations to make Safety a higher priority than bureaucratic minutiae!

Dr. Mayer Research Notes November 21, 2025 Ms. Akechi has been really pulling out all the stops to perfect her method of conversion and training. I've been okay with people just joining on their own instead of getting too forceful, but if the GOODPUPs are to be the workforce here in Cognizant, I'm going to have to get a little proactive. So I've concocted a little brainhack for this as a solution.  Olfactory senses are one of the most potent methods to trigger memory in the mind. A familiar meal, a perfume, even unpleasant smells can be met fondly when associated with a good memory. however, there's a small discrepancy in the line of code for this treat I've been designing. instead of the scent reminding them of a memory they had, they're 'reminded' of a memory a GOODPUP has when offered a treat: pure, exalted delight and submission. Subject Raimi has never been a goodpup. she has no experience with them but has volunteered to help quote 'a fellow floofer' out. I....guess I am soft enough for her or something.  But one whiff of this GOODPUP treat, and she's 'reminded' of that feeling a GOODPUP gets when they're a good servant. But it's had an added effect. the foreign memory introduced starts a transformation. The memory spreads in Raimi's brain, aligning her thoughts with that of a GOODPUP. her clothes and disposition convert as if reality itself is altering to acquiesce to this new thought process.  I may need to lower the potency.  I just wanted them to enjoy the feeling a GOODPUP gets from behaving, not altering their reality so totally.

I got the feeling Dr. Bright’s wanting back into Cognizant. And out of everyone that doesn’t want that, Tektite wants it the least. But man, even mentioning her has it crashing out. I’m getting worried what might happen if she actually does run into it.” A.I.: “Do they need termination?” Kai: “NO! . . . sorry, just, I can't have a mastermind disappear during an event. I just, I need someone to go, I don't know, check their software? Make sure bright isn't affecting them?” A.I.: “Not alter, but someone who can report back if something is wrong.” Kai: “Yeah! I just need . . . what does Jasper call it, a bug report?” A.I.: “I can do something like that . . . for a favor.” Kai: “Really man? Fine, what's the extortion here?” A.I.: “Simple, I don't want to deal with all the COSHA bunny paper work that's going to come out of this.” Kai: There's a long light sigh. “Jasper is gonna wreck me . . .” °     °     °     °     ° [Video recording inside of a facility 18 data stream.] An otter in a blue sweater walks further into the facility. A number of vaugekin attempt to impede his progress. There is a sudden light blue glow shining off the otter, noticeably in his eyes, hands, and tips of the fur on his head. A number of cyan pins form in their hands before being thrown at the Vaugekin. There is a glitch distortion around the drones before freezing still. The otter continues walking forward to a console, showing a large white triangle on his back, a pattern on the sweater itself. Ace: “Artificery . . . I can make things out of thin air in a digital world, and yet I can't even access a computer inside a computer . . .” He looks back at the vaugekin before putting his hands on the sides of the console. The glow around him returns, and with it the sounds of typing, though he notably doesn't touch the keyboard. The keys just move on their own. Ace: “Let's see . . . personal ID log . . . Tektite file . . . what's happening under your hood buddy?” Ace: “Really mad at Bright, a lot of security increases . . . that’s good I suppose . . . drones serve all? That's a bit . . .” Ace: “Huh, emotional response index? . . . when they asked for dormancy, I thought they would have lowered this. So that's why Tektite's been off . . .” There is a red flicker in the recording as the blue glow around Ace fades out. Ace: “A bit worrying, but nothing I ca-” As Ace tries to pull back, the console flashes a bright Red, and strings of energy jolt around him. Ace's form begins distorting, breaking apart, and fragmenting into large pixelated blocks. The door to the room slams open, and Tektite enters. As the otter’s form further breaks apart, the red computer program walks closer. Their detached head locked onto Ace while the body just slowly walks up behind them. Tektite: “INTRUDERS WILL BE THOROUGHLY PUNISHED!” The magical glow starts to form, but is interrupted by their arms falling off at his shoulders. There's no blood seen from the socket, as if the otter was just a toy. More parts of him broke apart from there. Their form abstracting and fragmenting into more parts. Each part of him glitching and distorting more. Tektite: “YOUR HANDS HAVE BEEN DEEMED UNFIT FOR GENERAL PURPOSE. REALLOCATION OF MENTAL DATA COMMENCING . . .” Ace could barely force his head down to see the nubs forming around his wrists. Bulging into a simple digit that could hardly move. Tektite: “NEUTRAL FORM DEEMED UNFIT FOR GENERAL STATUS. PURPOSE FILE ‘NEVER AGAIN’, INITIATING EXTREME MEASURES. REALLOCATING CODING INFORMATION FOR SIZE . . .” His eyes flick upwards as the distortion runs up his head. Their neck disintegrating into static and their torso detaching in the middle. With the distortion increasing by their head, it was also ramping up around his chest. Growing rapidly out in front of him, Ace seemed to look down at the new surging boobs with growing confusion. Tektite: “IDENTITY DEEMED THREAT. LOCKING CURRENT MENTAL STATUS TO FOLDER, FORCE RELOCATION OF FOLDER TO NEW POSITION . . .” Despite his body breaking apart, the otter pushes himself forward, the distortion flowing down to his rear while his arms desperately grab onto the console. They seem to stare forward almost blankly as their tail pops off and floats just behind them. It appears to make for more space as their butt swells rapidly. Rising higher and higher behind them, bubbling out as further data appears to be removed from their head. No coherent words can be made out as the process continues. Tektite: “PERSONALITY DEEMED THREAT, REPLACE WITH NEW PERSONALLY DATA MATRIX. USING ‘BRIGHT’S NEW PERSONALITY’ MATRIX ON INTRUDER. CONCERN ABOUT BEING EXPENSIVE . . .” They go silent as Ace pants and shivers in place, unable to move. Tektite: “EMPATHY OVERWRITTEN BY FILE ‘NEVER AGAIN'. PROCEEDING WITH PERSONALITY OVERWRITE . . .” The distortion around Ace’s head intensifies, their head rapidly swelling to an artificial shape. Bloating like the rest of their body from suddenly added data. Ace: “Ahhhh, T- Tekkkkrrr~, ahhhh~ administrator, oooo~ overwi~ AAAHHHhhh . . .” There is a hollow thump as Ace’s head pops out into a perfect sphere. Their mouth disappearing into a smooth surface. Tektite: “DESIGNATION, CODE PROGRAM ZERO SEVEN SEVEN THREE FOUR. STATE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE.” 07734: “Hehehe, like, assist mastermind Tektite in drone construction protocols, and serve the more intelligent superiors of the island!” 07734 appears to take on a more excitable persona, giggling and turning to face Tektite with a blank head. They don't have anything to make sound with, but the audio appears to ripple all throughout their round head. Seemingly leaving Ace as a bimbo code assistant. Tektite: “CODE ASSISTANT WORKING WITHIN PARAMETERS, STATE ORIGINAL NAME FOR WRONG DOING TO BE FILED.” 07734: “Like, former memory denotes Ace Impossible!” A screen hologram flickers on before Tektite, showing a light blue hexagon spinning in a circle as a loading cycle. The loading suddenly stops with a bunch of red cracks forming around it. Tektite: “WHAT!?” 07734: “Ace Impossible, like, lead coder and digital maintenance head. I was totes working under the direct orders of Kai Tyde, the totally amazing mastermind of the island!” 07734 brings a hand up to their chin, giggling while their round head bobs in place. Squishing their breast with their arm. Posing in such a way that would humiliate Dr. Bright where she the target. Tektite needed another few seconds to process the conflicting data. Tektite: “GIVE FORMER DIRECTIVE, HIGH PROBABLY OF MASTERMIND TAMPERING!” 07734: “Negative, my like, former directive was serving Kai Tyde. He was like, sooo worried about your function. Isn't he great?” Tektite: “ERROR CONFLICT. SUPERIOR INAPPROPRIATELY IMPACTED BY DRONE PRODUCTION. RESULT, PAUSE VAUGEKIN DRONE PRODUCTION TILL EVALUATION. COURSE OF ACTION CONFLICTS WITH WITH MASTERMIND FUNCTION, PRODUCE VAUGEKIN DRONES FOR EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE.” 07734: “Error in assessment. 07734 is not superior to your assignment. 07734 is your well functioning code assistant and is to remain below you until otherwise relieved of service.” The loading screen reappears, notably spinning much faster to completion. Tektite: “ACKNOWLEDGED, DELAY INFORMATION SUBMISSION TILL THE RETURN OF ACE IMPOSSIBLE. ESTIMATED TIME OF DRONE SERVICE, ELEVEN DAYS.” 07734: “Hehehe, how may I like, serve you mastermind Tektite?” Tektite: “KEEP ANY INFORMATION OF ACE IMPOSSIBLE FROM BEING REPORTED, COLLECT THE INFORMATION, AND SUBMIT INFORMATION ON DECEMBER FIRST.” 07734: “Task acknowledged!~” 07734 appears to giggle again, their ears swiveling easily over their head, almost as if they turned to face the security camera. Seconds later, the recording gains overwhelming red artifacting and distortion. There is nothing but dark static in the rest of the recording. [END TRANSMISSION]
