It's also a problem how it seems like most people I talk to considering or using anabolic steroids (so not talking about HRT) don't believe it will affect their lifespan. They've kind of bought into a podcast bro mentality of "oh, you've just got to be careful". But none of them really are.

The problem as I see it is that there’s such a big bag to be made from microtransactions (see what people will pay in FIFA’s ecosystem), that the people in charge of development aren’t developers, but executives chasing the next unicorn. It didn’t have to be this way, but probably no going back.
