New painting series, The Nine Voices That Created Me, I’m letting my art be my voice. This is just the first voice, the one who stayed too long, gave too much, and forgot his own worth. I’m sharing here is a digital concept sketch. #HealingThroughArt #TransArtist #QueerArt #ArtAsTherapy #toomuchlove
I made this YouTube video for the songs from The Elements of Children, part of my original art series. I created the animation myself.

Thank you to City Lights and the artists who put on that exhibit. The work had a nostalgic, comforting energy that reminded me why this city matters. We don’t always need to erase history. Sometimes, we need to let it live.

Destroying history only deepens gentrification. If we want to make Bridgeport appealing to others, they need to see what this city actually stands for and how it came to be. Growth doesn’t always mean demolition; it can also mean adaptation. - - -
To me, it makes more sense to cover this building with murals, art from different Bridgeport artists showing pride and love for this city, instead of tearing it down. - - -
The band playing commented on the industrial aesthetic of Bridgeport, the train tracks running right by the venue, the old factories, the grit. I don’t know if they were being sincere, but in that moment I looked over and saw beauty in my city, and that tower was part of it. - - -
I grew up with this building, like so many others, and I don’t believe it should be destroyed. It’s part of the city’s personality.

Not long ago, I went to a concert at the amphitheater. - - -
I went to see some powerful art today. What struck me most was how a building many people call “ugly,” but which holds deep meaning for those of us from Bridgeport, was reimagined in so many ways, obscure, realistic, even as a cartoon-like figure.- - -
Not a bad friend, just done drowning. Kind, not a doormat. My art is how I heal and witness others. Thank you to the ones who truly see me and I’m learning to see me, too. #ArtHeals #Boundaries

Building my #ElementsOfChildren altar project in Bridgeport—raw art, real stories, and collective healing for the neurodivergent and disability community. Honoring autistic kids, teachers, parents, and all who live this truth. #ArtAsHealing #DisabilityJustice #RealStories #BridgeportCT
My project “The Four Elements of Children” uses masks to celebrate autistic children’s magic. “The Silent Flame,” my first painting, symbolizes their powerful voices and the element of fire. Their artwork will decorate a clay mask, honoring their strength.
