Smoking some bacon today has been therapeutic. Still trying to dial in keeping temps consistent. Also trying to resist throwing money at the smoker to automate it.

Not enough of the racing world is talking about #Netflix #Senna. This is such good cinema. Racing action, let alone period racing, is so hard to capture, and that’s not even the best part of this beautiful drama. A stunning performance by Gabriel Leone.

I was worried about being cold when I put the pork butt on the #webersmokingmountain and then I turned on this #brownssteelers game. The weather in South Jersey is a bit milder. But still 35* tonight.
