My love and I visited the Taft Art Museum two weeks ago for the last days of the Masonic art display. It’s crazy but I grew up seeing a lot of Masonic imagery and while I didn’t have any crazy theories on them it was even cooler to see them demystified even more.

The trip of the month with my partner was to the Newport Aquarium. An absolute gem in the Northern Kentucky area. They opened a jellyfish exhibit last month and it’s absolutely darling. I highly recommend a trip to anyone.

Getting a two compartment cat dish to feed my pet toads in has been the best move I had made in years. Normally I just let them hunt crickets but I like to put their worms in a dish to avoid impaction. Maybe it’s tacky but they seem to like it just fine! #pets #americantoad #toad #toads #frog

Crinoid holdfasts. My friends said it looked like a fossilized butthole. I think it looks like a volcano. It’s not it’s like a weird root for sea lilies to stick to rocks. This one is about 400 million years old from the Ordovician.

Had to take my tubby little guy to the vet. He’s down from 14.5lbs to 9.2lbs! Good for heem! We are waiting for the results of his blood test but he’s expected to get an all clear for his check up. I love this cat so much I need him to be around for a long time QAQ

The best part of snow is that I can see what animals are in the neighborhood. Looks like we had an eastern cotton tail hop through the block last night. The last picture is where the lil feller hopped and slipped some on a icy patch.

Started getting a lung infection last night. Dr.Kuro decided to dispense 10cc of lil man to me and while I still feel bad this is much better than being alone and coughing up a lung.

Awuff. Things have been bad the last few weeks so Mike and I took a lovely trip to COSI for some fun. Had an amazing time looking at the dinosaur halll and highly recommend anyone else spending a cold or dreary day there!
