Great simple frameworks like this help me along the storytelling journey.

You start with a solid logline, refine it along the way.

What helps is the wisdom of storytelling experts like @carolekirschner.bsky.social
My basic formula for great loglines is a 3-part structure:
➡️ Protagonist
➡️ Conflict
➡️ Goal

Sometimes you just need to write the shitty rewrite of the shitty version of the scene, but eventually there’s a way out of the shit… right? Write. #scriptsky
Sometimes the words won't come & you'll find yourself stuck in a scene. The best way to write your way out is to write the shitty version of the scene. Even let the writing be bad if need be.

Just. Get. Out. Of. That. Scene.

Finish the story then trust your taste to know how to fix it in editing.

I’m pretty good at tech stuff but definitely seems like there’s a bit of a learning curve to this platform.

Alt: John Cena saying “it is an about the journey.”

Writing in a page here, half a page there after putting the toddler the bed and dealing with a colicky 2 month old. Every bit of progress counts! #scriptsky
