For the editorial workflow and open authoring, a tool like decapbridge.com which allows editors to connect to decapcms without a github/gitlab account would be a great feature to have.

On the official Decap Discord channel, someone shared a tool called DecapBridge (decapbridge.com). It enables standalone account management for Decap CMS, offering an alternative to GitHub/GitLab authentication.
