I watched the entirety of the Ford "Universal EV" presentation in Kentucky. I wish them the best of luck, but I can't help be reminded of GM's Saturn launch and eventual demise. If I were a betting man, I'd sadly bent against them.

The gutting of safety programs at the CDC & USDOT is beyond disheartening. As shared by @npr.org: "This is critical work that's been done at such a low cost with such a high return and a lot of it's unseen." And "There's nothing partisan about injuries."

The Mrs was able to ride to the gym tonight after we gave the city nearly two weeks to make our active infrastructure clear.
