Obviously shouldn’t happen given his behavior in recent times, but it’s a crying shame they didn’t take this to 11 by having this guy voiced by Eddie Deezen.

Twitch notifications have become as annoying as everything else lately.

“You watch these three streamers every week, right? Why not try these other three!?”

Yeah, sure, I suppose I could check ou—

“WHY AREN’T YOU FOLLOWING THESE OTHER 12 ACCOUNTS!? WHAT HAVE THEY EVER DONE TO *YOU*!?”

The only thing less human than these AI dub performances is the decision to sign off on them

A company this big can pay human actors a decent wage, not produce slop that intentionally removes the human element.

Unlike Barley, who beat this on Normal earlier, I finally threw in the towel and made it through on Easy. First 2/3rds or so are fine (and can even be cleared deathless on Normal), last third is a complete trash fire on any difficulty level. Incredibly unfun platforming with shite controls. Barf.

Minor spoilers for this week’s Pluribus: There’s a bit of plot centered around a barcode, and I was annoyed that it wasn’t resolved through the clever use of a CueCat.

Every episode of King of the Hill that Jon Vitti wrote feels a little too much like him shoehorning the KOTH characters into a Simpsons plot, yet I’ve loved each and every one of these during my rewatch because Vitti’s Simpsons stuff was usually solid gold.

I’m going to start working “The Last Apostle Puppet Show” into casual conversation, e.g., “That dude looks like he’s just been through The Last Apostle Puppet Show,” or “You can have one of jelly donuts, but hands off that bearclaw: I’m saving that one for The Last Apostle Puppet Show!”

Thanks to all our viewers for following us over the years. Perhaps this is not a huge milestone compared to other channels, but quite frankly we never thought our channel would ever make it this far! Hope that you will continue watching in 2026, and beyond!

Anyway, yeah, it’s that one guy.

I’ve known about this game since it was released, during the final week of my first stay in Japan. I did not understand what it was then, and it would be some years before I understood its ties to Puyo Puyo.

About an hour in, and it’s fabulous!

BlueSky deleted my Graham Linehan post, despite it failing to violate any of the rules they forwarded me to review. Here is the modified version:

I think Graham Linehan should “log off”.

I think someone should make him “log off”.

Playing around with arcade Cadash on a Pi since there’s no F2 core for the MiSTer yet and boy howdy does that emulation suck shit. I should probably just pony up for the ACA version.

If you own retail copies of both the NA and JPN versions of Sonic CD and any top-loading NA Sega-CD hardware, you can load the NA version, go to the RAM menu, swap discs, and play the JPN version on NA hardware. (If memory serves, it crashes during the ending, but it works perfectly up to that)

Some interesting DNA I’ve noticed that’s shared by Saint Sword and Cadash on the Genesis (both developed by Cylcone, headed up by former Aicom staff): They have built-in anti-turbo measures.

Activate turbo fire at max, and you’ll start to notice the game periodically misses inputs…
