everyone should go and check out Kioku's work they did an amazing job on the facetracking despite the weird shape of the mouth. they deserve all the support they can get. if you're looking for a custom avatar for streaming or vrchat I do recommend to check them out, amazing quality of work.

I honestly kinda hate how when your projects grows, you as the developer become "the big bad".

It becomes pretty much impossible to make people happy. You work on A, they get angry you're not working on B. You work on B, they get angry you're not working on A.

You fix something, it "took too long"
