I was thinking - I’m not a fan of Twilight and I don’t personally consider it vampire literature but the hate was SO forced. It didn’t ruin the genre. It was so bad it was good. And if anything, it helped more people to engage with good vampire media and maybe even gothic lit that’s a win.

Given how brutal Sylus is towards MC in this myth, I am curious to learn a few things:
- Was consent forced onto him because of what he did to breach that in this myth?
- MC is an immortal but what are the rules of that in THIS universe?
- Married but beating the shit out of each other. Hot.

The myth isn’t out yet but based on the trailer alone, I don’t think this looks as strong as Beyond Cloudfall. Then again, it’s so hard to top BC.
