Yeah, I was about to go on a rant about how Westmount mall once had two movie theatres and an arcade -- I also failed the test.
Anybody who claims they have a clear mandate with under half of the popular vote deserves a hearty boot in the ass.
Shh! Don't spread that word around, that's the name of my work computer (seriously).
In contrast, the other team has no problem yelling "I have an overwhelming mandate!" on day one as they start breaking shit.
I've heard it a few times. It's a play on Denver being called "The mile high city".
Lack of oxygen? (They do call Calgary "The kilometer high city" ...).
Is the leaf blower used to blow leaves, or is it a source of propulsion?
Yeah, I'm in some west-central Facebook groups -- it was clear many hated Knack before this (people in the rich neighborhoods that hate infill mostly), and this definitely adds fuel to the fire.
It was a really "neat" clue. :)
Lucky, we got a lot of Carpenters, John Denver, and Roger Whittaker (plus Dad's Bronco was a hot box of tobacco smoke from a pipe).

This was followed by an issue titled "Munchies Madness".
I guess in the same way that darts and snooker are sports.
I heard PP use the phrase "Generation Screwed" on the radio, and I quietly reflected on how nice it was not hearing the slogans for a few months.
Could be underwear, could be a donut, could be a pirate.
Edmonton Public Schools didn't decide any of this though, thank the department of education at the Alberta government.
This reminds me of Harper's kid -- is there any evidence he actually did any work? (And is he still on the payroll?)
I actually have no problem with this ... unless I'm missing something? It says "personal time at own expense".
Being as it's Alberta, I guess we can expect to see "orphan nukes" in our future ...
