A sad day for inclusion & treating people with dignity - Supreme Court defines a woman based upon old, essentialist ideas. Feminists 4 years have campaigned that woman is more than just Biology. The court accepts that discrimination is based upon someone PERCEIVED as a woman thus beyond biology.
