I felt a need to make this art for Istredd to give him a safe place of love and peace. Giving my favourite fictional characters a safe place where they can feel loved and comforted and feel pleasure drives a lot of my art.
An artwork created in 2025 that shows Istredd from the Witcher Netflix show being greeted by a fawn into a place of sanctuary surrounded by flowers chosen for their meanings. This is next to an artwork created in 2022 of Istredd peacefully sleeping in a magical library of flying books, the interior of the tower in the 2025 picture.
