It's snowing in Westfield, IN! You'd think it was a blizzard of North Westeros by the amount of people in the grocery store.
I just needed some milk. (just saying)

Nothing grinds my gears like this rental's bathroom vanity. Eight incandescent bulbs. One is crooked. One is the wrong color temperature. The inefficiency and visual chaos are too much. Looks like I am buying a bulk pack of 2700K LEDs in the near future.

To the uninitiated, the sky is chaos. To the Astromagus, it is clockwork. Three suns orbit the Cendith Anomaly, a dimensional scar where physics thins. Read the latest entry from the Archives to understand the how behind the Grand Alignment.

Our new house band has taken the stage. A cellist, a saxophonist, and a vocalist who hasn't blinked in days. They're locked in a frozen groove under the plastic gazebo, playing the quietest Jingle Bells you'll never hear.

Did you know the COPY command has a built-in Array function? Stop using the heavy Array tool for simple lines. Here is how to use the "Hidden" Array and Fit options inside the standard Copy command.
The Secret "Array" Hidden Inside the COPY Command
If you ask most CAD users how to create a row of fence posts or a line of evenly spaced bolts, they will likely point you...

The clear tape died. I’m now staring at a roll of blue painter’s tape and wondering if the family will accept "industrial chic" as a theme. If your gift looks like a hostage situation, just say thank you.

Making chicken soup. The aroma takes me back to my youth visiting my grandma in Newark. She lived in an upstairs apartment, and I remember catching the smell halfway up the stairs. Chasing those memories today.

Officially festive. The tree is lit, the fire is roaring, and Leroy has claimed the best spot in the house. Rare footage of the beast in standby mode. This is peak cozy season here in Westfield, IN.

The Dragons are not beasts of this world. They are the Xen-Dracana, interdimensional invaders who use the Cendith Cloud as a gateway. The archives regarding the Origins of the Rift are now open on the Chronicles of the Dragon Mist.

The AutoCAD Ribbon was designed for people who do not know what they want to do next. The Command Line is for those who do. Here is why I disable the Ribbon, reclaim my screen real estate, and stick to the Old School ways.

I'm running a "Workday Genre Rotation" experiment. No algorithms. Just vibes.

Fish 'n Chips? No.
Sticks 'n Bits? Maybe.
How about just some Fish and Potatoes.

Relocating is hard, especially 10 hours away. The packing, the logistics, the stress. But the hardest part is when family gives you grief for leaving, without considering why: to grow, to improve, to build something better.

You know you're getting old when one Double IPA and a sodium-packed Chinese food feast leave you waking up like you partied with rockstars.

Last night: I deserve this.

This morning: I deserve electrolytes and a nap.

First BSOD since February.
This setup’s been rock solid… until AutoCAD decided to throw hands.
Mid-project. Time-sensitive. Naturally.
Stop code: 0x00000000 — vague enough to be insulting.
85% collected… unlike my deadline.

Picked up these locally made gems from Raub's Farm Market and gave them a little pan-fry love myself. Crispy edges, warm filling, total comfort. Nothing beats cooking up something local and delicious to fuel the afternoon.

Me: Time for bed.
Also me at 2:47 AM: What if my desktop theme changed color based on the genre of the track I’m listening to—and subtly judged my taste in psybient?

Born on this day in 2018, and stormed into our lives that November like the legend he was named after.

From the moment we brought him home, this Boston terrier has been all sass, all heart, and all snorts.

Does anyone else have this similar post-coding ritual? Or is it just me?

I've developed a quirky little habit whenever I solve a challenging coding problem. The moment my code works exactly as I want it to, I get up and walk away from my desk.

I'm canceling because the platform has become oversaturated with AI-generated music and mainstream content controlled by major labels. It's increasingly difficult to discover authentic, independent artists that align with my tastes.
