Going into the oven -- kimchi chicken with potatoes.

Super easy -- marinate 6-8 chix thighs in kimchi & then arrange both in a pan with a lg. sliced onion and 5 or 6 cloves of chopped garlic & Yukon gold potatoes. Bake at 370ish for about an hour. And Bob's your uncle!
