The weirder the better huh? I found out have trained myself to enter a sort of meditative focused state when I draw/puzzle/handicraft while listening to a long loop of the Azuremyst Isle soundtrack from World of Warcraft. It is the only thing that makes my brain go blissfully blank and calm.
