Lily says "Hi, I'm here too!"
Home from our trip, and welcomed with some premium cat belly and a patch of secret cat puke on our bedspread. Welcome home indeed, lol.
Scarlet Hollow is fantastic, and you should all play it. ❤️

While you're at it, play Slay the Princess. 🔪👸
"You two can be the family you were always meant to be, free from the sins of generations past, if you let me do what needs doing."

Scarlet Hollow Episode 5 releases in February, on Friday the Thirteenth.

A huge shout out to our friends at @smallbu.bsky.social for animating this trailer!
Having some breakfast at the airport while we wait for our flight home. Avocado toast for me. 🥑

Off to the train station to catch our train to Toronto. Last time I rode VIA Rail, it was a miserable experience and the train was massively late. Can they do better this time? Let's find out!

Went to a very cool game shop called Imaginaire yesterday, and casually pulled an alt art Ancient Tomb out of the Magic packs we bought. (A card worth ~$160 Canadian.) Might have used up all my luck for the trip on that one, lol.
At the Stawdew Valley: Symphony of Seasons concert. So far I've seen an Emily, Harvey, Wizard, Abigail, Marnie, and 2 Mayor Lewis'. 😊

Well said! I loved the game, and I'm loving watching other people experience it. Other than the couple of obnoxious combat sections towards the end, it was fantastic and only gets better when more of the story gets peeled back on NG+. Thanks for seeing it through to the NG++ end!
WHY YOU GOTTA BE SO TRASH, ST. JOHN'S METROBUS? 😭
Nice to be in a city with an actually FUNCTIONAL public transit system.
It's 5:42AM and we're off to Ottawa! First time flying with in-flight wifi, since Air Canada recently made it free to Aeroplan members. TECHNOLOGY.

We're leaving on our trip to Ontario tomorrow, and Molly is determined to worry us right until the last minute by puking all over the floor. I'm pretty sure it's just hairballs, but with her UTI last week and her still being on antibiotics, we're being extra vigilant.

Why you gotta worry us Molly?
I still miss Dissidia: Opera Omnia, so I don't know how to feel about this new game. Maybe I'll give it a try just for Terra and her cute moogle cardigan. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cavh...

Dissidia: Opera Omnia was a good time. Great plot bits between characters, fun battles, with gatcha mechanics that weren't TOO egregious. So of course, SE killed it a year or two ago. :/

This new one... Meh. I'll probably try it out, but I don't have much hope of it lasting.
So far I've read Junji Ito's "Moan" and Emily Carroll's "A Guest in the House". Both great graphic novels. Definitely want to re-read some old favourites this month as well.
Loved the game, the puzzles are just hard as balls on higher difficulties, lol. Though I guess Silent Hill 3 had that one puzzle that demanded a complete knowledge of the works of William Shakespeare, so it wouldn't be the first SH game to have brutal puzzles.
Been watching a lot of YouTubers play Silent Hill f, and I've noticed that the Japanese ones seem to have a much easier time with some of the difficult puzzles (particularly the scarecrow puzzle and mural puzzle). I wonder if it's a cultural thing, or if the English localization didn't quite hit.
Molly still hasn't used the litterbox much today, but she's taking her pills like a champ. Hopefully that's progress.

She growled most of the way through her vet visits, but apparently she's "all talk and no bite" according to the vet techs. 😆
