-Agatha-

This is not just a book about the body but a profound exploration of what it means to inhabit one.
Over on IG I posted this with the Halloween theme song, which was one of my better ideas today. Another of Agatha’s cute quips from my upcoming book AGATHA.
This is from the poem “Agatha at Dawn” in AGATHA. The poem begins, “& then we’re trying / on the molecules / of sainthood, delivering / ourselves to the gods / of caffeine.”

AGATHA is officially out in the world Oct 13 from @jacklegpress.bsky.social

A few things happening in the garden. Blueberries, plantain, elder, swamp milkweed.
Rose + lemon balm growing together in the back yard. Also a beautiful tea combination for a heavy spirit.
Do you think there’s ever been a time when it was raining everywhere in the United States?
Wow! It might be just me and you. :)
I’ve read that book about ten times. One of my favorites.
