The Galaxians in Pac-Man World 2 are not colored correctly. In the game, the top part is blue while the sides are red - an inverse of how the Galaxian is typically portrayed.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS was being developed at the same time Pac-Man's Ghostly Adventures era was in full swing.

Despite this, Masahiro Sakurai went with Pac-Man's iconic look, and would've considered dropping the character altogether if he had to use the redesign.
