This year showed me that making a living from art is possible. I’m not there yet lol, but seeing what I accomplished while still in school, only doing 4 fairs, having no kidlit agent, not actively looking for children’s book jobs, and only starting teaching in September gives me so much hope. /4

@theglazeproject.bsky.social My artwork comes out desaturated when I use Glaze. But not just desaturated, as simply upping the saturation in Photoshop or the photos app doesn’t make it the same as the original. Is there a fix for this? Thank you 🙏🏽

Been feeling a pull to try traditional painting again as a digital artist. I took a watercolor painting class, that is not for me lol. So I tried goache, it’s ok but I have a tendency to layer it too much. So now we are on to acrylic.

Does anyone have any advice for beginning #acrylicpainting?
